1. Copyright Notice

Unless otherwise stated, all software, website content, designs, workflows, documentation, graphics, interface elements, conversion logic, and related materials made available through DuctDraft AI are owned by DuctDraft AI or its licensors.

2. Platform Ownership

DuctDraft AI owns the platform, including the backend conversion system, source code, user interface, product design, subscription logic, documentation, branding, and related technology.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from DuctDraft AI without written permission.

3. User Files and Drawings

You retain ownership of the drawings, DXF files, CAD files, project files, and other content you upload. DuctDraft AI does not claim ownership of your uploaded drawings.

By using the service, you grant DuctDraft AI a limited permission to process uploaded files only as needed to provide conversions, generate outputs, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and support your account.

4. Generated Outputs

Generated outputs, including converted DXF files, Excel quantity takeoff files, summaries, and ZIP packages, are provided for your review and use. You are responsible for checking all outputs before relying on them for pricing, bidding, fabrication, installation, or construction.

5. Trademarks

DuctDraft AI, the DuctDraft AI name, logo, product names, and related branding are trademarks or trade names of DuctDraft AI. Use of our branding without permission is not allowed.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on DuctDraft AI infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, contact us with:

Your name and contact information.
A description of the copyrighted work.
The location of the allegedly infringing content.
A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.
Your physical or electronic signature.
